I've been tinkering with my car's windshield sprayers and stumbled upon some problems. One major issue is that the old, broken gasket underneath each sprayer needs to be replaced in order to keep them securely in place. Rather than sourcing a replacement gasket, I decided to fabricate one myself. Both sides of this custom-made gasket are identical, so you'll need two for a complete installation. Initially, I attempted to make it from PLA, but ultimately switched to ABS as the final version because of its smaller size. Be sure not to use PLA for this project, as it can melt or become severely distorted in high temperatures, turning into a limp noodle outside. Although I'm unsure which specific years this gasket will fit, if your car has a similar configuration to mine, then it should work just fine. Keep in mind that I only know what worked on my vehicle, and you may need to experiment with different years or models.
