https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K222AvIWfGA Whenever I build a car, something has to spark my creativity. The Mazda 787B, winner of the 1991 24 Hours of Le Mans and Group C car, has always caught my attention. With its sleek design, massive rear wing positioned far behind the car, deep-dish Volk rims, and iconic Renown livery, it's a truly captivating sight. Ever since I started making RC cars, I've dreamed of creating this exact replica. The 1:10 version is 3D printed in Solutech PLA, shown in its raw, bare finish after being bolted together to form the multicolor paint scheme. The rims are two-piece designs with the front rims featuring a removable white cover that can be added to accurately recreate the historic appearance of the car. The chassis utilizes a panhard-style rear suspension system with a rear pod and Tamiya F104 rear axle. I designed and tested this car in Fusion 360. A manual and parts list are included for your reference. My hope is that this 3D RC car will inspire and motivate people to push beyond their limits and strive for greatness.
