https://youtu.be/K222AvIWfGA Building a new car always requires something to spark my imagination. For me, that spark is often provided by the Mazda 787B, the legendary Group C car that dominated the 1991 24 Hours of Le Mans. Its sleek design and massive rear wing have always left me in awe, not to mention its distinctive Renown livery. Ever since I started crafting RC cars, I've dreamed of bringing this iconic vehicle to life. The 1:10 scale model is a masterpiece of modern technology, featuring 3D printed components made from Solutech PLA. The chassis is constructed from bare 3D prints, carefully assembled to showcase the multicolor paint scheme in all its glory. To recreate the authentic look of the original car, I've included two-piece rims with removable white covers for the front wheels. The rear suspension system features a panhard-style setup with a rear pod and Tamiya F104 axle, providing exceptional stability and precision handling. Every detail, from the chassis to the tires, has been meticulously designed and tested using Fusion 360 software. A comprehensive manual and parts list are included to help you build your own Mazda 787B RC car. I hope this project will inspire and motivate others to push their creative boundaries and strive for excellence. To get a better understanding of the real Mazda 787B, be sure to check out some videos featuring this incredible vehicle in action.
