I designed custom rear vent covers for my boat because the originals were broken, and I wanted them to have a space for a personalized nameplate that I'll later plasma-cut out. The design consists of three separate printed pieces - two sides and one middle part with precise hole spacing. The dimensions are as follows: inside diameter is 17.412 inches by 2.319 inches, while the outside diameter measures 18.014 inches by 2.919 inches. The total height comes in at 0.4 inches, with an inside height of 0.2 inches. I used my Da Vinci 1.0 repetier printer to print these parts. Print settings included: Rafts - Doesn't Matter, Supports - No, and Infill - 90% for a sturdy finish.
