The Jaguar XJ is a name given to a series of luxury cars built by the British automaker Jaguar Cars since 1968. It was the flagship model for Jaguar starting from 1970. In April 1979, the XJ was revised and rebranded as the Series III. Outside changes from the Series II included rubber bumpers that were thicker and more seamlessly integrated with decorative chrome limited to the upper edge, safety-enhanced flush door handles, a single-piece front door glass without a separate quarter light, a grille featuring vertical vanes only, rear lights relocated from the boot plinth to larger rear clusters, and a modified roofline with narrower door frames and increased glazing area. A total of approximately 318,000 XJ6 and XJ12 Jaguars were produced between 1968 and 1992. This digital replica is based on the 1989 version of the Jaguar XJ-6. Product Features: Approximately 21,362 polygons. This model was constructed solely with 3 and 4-sided polygons. No interior cabin exists, therefore it's suggested to darken the windows. Because of this absence of a separate cabin, doors are not independent components. It includes group information which software should interpret as individual elements, encompassing: - All four wheels -(The doors aren't separate parts) Although this model includes these components, it lacks rigging. Logically named materials, such as BodyMetal, Tires, Headlight Glass, and more, are included in this version. This makes recoloring the model extremely simple. An mtl file is also included with this model. The software should read it to apply color to the model. The model includes basic UV mapping but lacks textures entirely. To add realism, one needs to apply shaders such as metal and fabric on their own.
