1983 Honda ATC185S Headlight Shell

This is a direct replacement headlight shell designed for the 1983 Honda ATC185S, however, it also fits other models featuring a rectangular headlight housing. The part was printed using ESun PLA + filament and coated with Rustoleum Satin Poppy Red paint, which is specifically formulated to bond well with plastic. All print settings can be viewed in the attached screenshots. Following these parameters, the entire print took approximately 22 hours to complete. Depending on your printer's capabilities, you may need to monitor the process closely as it prints the closed portion of the shell, which sits on the bed's surface. Some users have experienced light curling at the back edge due to overhang angles, possibly resulting from insufficient support between layers. In such cases, gently pressing down with a putty knife can help alleviate this issue.
