This is a vintage 1983 GI Joe HQ antenna, also utilized on the later 1985 TRANSPORTABLE TACTICAL BATTLE PLATFORM. You may need to adjust the measurements because not every 3D printer hits the exact size accurately. Please feel free to contribute to the GI Joe community; we are woefully underrepresented in 3D print endeavors. My base prints lay it flat on its side with minimal supports.
