1980's GE Sove knob.
thingiverse
My stove and printer reside in different locations, yet their measurements align perfectly, allowing me to replace the knobs on my stove that control the burner with ease. Two knobs have gone missing, so I took precise measurements of the remaining dial to create a new one that matches its style exactly, minus any lettering. The visible part might be slightly larger (3mm), but the part connecting to activate the stove should fit seamlessly, which I will confirm once I've tried it. I print this design with the cosmetic face facing upwards and a large support structure underneath for added stability. A note of caution: using a vice proved necessary to remove the supports from within the "mushroom" shape of the knob. Simply pop it in the vice and give the knob a firm twist, and the supports should detach effortlessly. For optimal results, ensure that the supports are blocked from printing in the center of the keyhole. This area is deep enough, and any sagging bridges won't cause any issues.
