The repair kit for the turn signal switch includes self-cancellation after a turn, and may be compatible with other 1980s Toyota models; however, it has only been tested on N40 Hilux vehicles. Instructions provided include printing out the replacement part, removing raft and support structures, disassembling the steering wheel and surrounding plastic casing, replacing the old arm with the new printed version (which has an easier fit and removal due to slightly different shape), and reassembling the components.
