The rear fold-down seat in 80-83 civics has a lever to unlock the chair so you can fold it flat. The small plastic piece that goes over the rivet likes to fall out and disappear. This is a replacement piece that fits with a bit of a friction fit to help hold it in place. There's also a small notch in case you ever need to remove the cover.
