A colleague requested this design due to his grandkids damaging the steering rack/linkage on his 1979 Daishin Maserati Bora RC vehicle. He mentioned that he tried to find replacement parts but found it impossible given the age of the car, so I created this part as a potential solution for anyone facing similar issues. I printed this design using my Prusa SL1 with a resin mixture of SirayaTech Fast and SirayaTech Tenacious (4:1), which provides the same level of flexibility and toughness as the original OEM part. Although I used a resin printer, there's no reason why this couldn't be done on a standard FDM printer with 0.01 layer height and 100% infill. Exposure Settings: Bottom Layer Exposure: 40 seconds Layer Exposure: 6.5 seconds
