The 1979 Milton Bradley Microvision was the first gaming handheld with interchangeable cartridges.  The “cartridges” are faceplates that slot into the top of the console and clip into the bottom, with integrated touch pads, screen overlays, and CPUs.   North American cartridges were shipped with very flimsy bottom clips, unlike the stronger ones on European cartridges.  When the cartridge clips become damaged or broken, the cartridge no longer locks firmly into the console body, making the touch pads less responsive. This part, designed in OpenSCAD, is  a more robust clip designed to replace the damaged original clips.  I printed this in PLA, which should be more rigid than PETG, and less likely to bend under sustained pressure.  Print it with the edge on the print bed, as provided, for greatest strength.  Print Settings:.20 mm layer height, Brim enabled, 3 perimeters, no supportsTo install the new clip, use a craft knife to shave away the remains of the original clip until it is flush with the cartridge lip, then use liquid super glue to adhere the new clip into the same position.  Ensure that the rear slope of the new clip aligns with the inner lip of the cartridge.  Let the glue dry for 12 hours before placing the cartridge into a console.
