The nostalgic charm of vintage "Lego" sets from the late 70's/early 80's still resonates deeply within me. While classic space and Technic Lego sets captivated my imagination, I found myself utterly fascinated by Tente's majestic ship line - a product that had no direct equivalent in Lego. Their impressive array of civilian and military vessels enthralled me for hours on end, as I enthusiastically built, sank, and rebuilt them time and again. Among these captivating creations, the Tente Reluctant (US version) stood out as my absolute favorite, to the extent that I eagerly acquired two sets and meticulously crafted a behemoth of a ship, pushing my creative boundaries to new heights. This elaborate exercise was undertaken solely for personal enrichment, with the primary goal of honing my skills in modeling and map rendering using Turtle in Maya.
