1972 Train Chimney Wind-up Key

My father discovered a vintage 1972 wooden train set for the kids, but found that its chimney-turned-wind-up key was broken. After unsuccessfully attempting various glues, he called me for advice. I suggested mailing the engine and faulty key to me, where I'd either design a new key in OpenSCAD or repair the original using a 3D printer. Following several test prints, I produced a replacement and even made some extras. To match the train's color, I considered using Makerbot's standard red ABS and then treating it with an acetone vapor bath to achieve the set's distinctive orange hue; however, I only had fluorescent red filament on hand, which might not produce the same effect.
