I took on the challenge from RC_Showdown to build another model of an American muscle car. He asked me to create a simplified version of the 1970s Dodge Challenger, and in return he made the 1970s Dodge Charger. This time I added a little more complexity by using 2.5D-CNC operations, meaning that this model cannot be done by a laser cutter. On the other hand, I could show these cool overhanging fenders that play a great part in the character. Using a desktop CNC machine by Stepcraft with a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute, I milled the parts from 6.3 mm beech plywood. I used 4 mm beech rods for the axles because it's actually a very tiny model. This STL is not intended for printing with an FDM printer! It's for 3D viewing only.
