I accepted a challenge from RC_Showdown to create another American muscle car model. He asked me to simplify the 1970s Dodge Challenger, and in return, he designed the 1970s Dodge Charger. This time I added complexity by using 2.5D-cnc operations, meaning it can't be done with a laser cutter. Instead, I showcased the cool overhanging fenders that play a major part in its character. I used a desktop CNC machine from Stepcraft with a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute to mill parts from 6.3 mm beech plywood. The axles are made of 4 mm beech rods, as this is a very small model. This STL file is not intended for FDM printing! It's meant for 3D viewing only. Visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/Toys/Cars for more toy car designs.
