UPDATE: I've published an upgraded version with a more intricate interior and various thicknesses of the layers here. After numerous simplified plane models, it was time for a car. Inspired by Jake Diaz's design, I chose a classic muscle car - the 1969 Ford Mustang. Besides Jake, I used plywood exclusively. To achieve the desired distance between the back wheels, I employed two washers on each side. My construction was carried out on a desktop CNC machine by Stepcraft, utilizing a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. Baltic birch plywood and an unidentified red wood, as well as beech plywood for the second version, were used in my project. A 6 mm beech rod served as the axle material. I added a small amount of grease to enhance rotation. A laser cutter could be a suitable alternative tool for creating smaller versions.
