1968 Norton P11 frame tubes

This off-road motorcycle featured a frame sourced from a Matchless motocross bike, with a few minor modifications to enhance its appearance. The original tubes were straight and free of damage, requiring no welds to repair them. To prevent overheating the thin-walled alloy tubes, the joint fittings were made of malleable iron and brazed in place. Upon closer inspection of the rear fender brace, it's possible that the tubing wasn't actually chrome-molybdenum thin wall tube, as it seemed bent. This layout is a recreation based on my recollection of a vehicle sold in 1976.
