It's a monster. No more words needed for this 1964 Porsche 904 GT! My build was done on a desktop CNC machine by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. I used 6 mm beech plywood and stained the tires. For the first time, I used ball bearings and bolts for perfect tire action. A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to build this model. Consider that some sophisticated parts need a certain size and/or material to be strong enough. Visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/Spielsachen for more toy designs. Keep in mind, that the STL is for viewing purposes only. Do not print this design on a 3D-printer! How I Designed This I created a model using SketchUp for verification of the drawing. A rendering gives a more complete feeling for the volume model. This shows how I 'installed' the ball bearings. The tires are press-fitted onto the ball bearings. The bolt is screwed directly into the wood.
