1960s Federal Thunderbolt 1000 Air Raid Siren #2

thingiverse

This is another Federal Thunderbolt 1000 Air Raid Siren from the cold war era. I've merely converted it to an STL file for printing and left everything else intact for you to modify as needed. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where I initially obtained the original file since I collect them from various sources. This is a genuine Civil Defense unit that Federal produced with minimal changes starting in the mid-1950s until the 1980s. During the cold war, these loud sirens were ubiquitous and would suddenly alert you to an impending attack from the enemy or even a tornado, but fortunately, they mostly just sounded off at noon on Wednesdays for routine tests.
