This is a large, fully functional glider that can be printed out on a small printer such as the PrintrBot simple metal. To assemble it, you will need some super glue. Print Settings Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 30% Notes: It's crucial to rotate the wings 45 degrees in your printing software so that the infill runs perpendicular to the wing, which will significantly improve flight performance. Post-Printing Step 1: Place the wings on a flat surface and align them carefully. Step 2: Coat the front fuselage with super glue and attach it to the wings, ensuring everything is perfectly aligned. Step 3: Apply super glue to the cailt section and then attach it to the wings and front fuselage. Step 4: After allowing the superglue to cure, we will give the gliders' wings a V shape by coating the groove along the top of the fuselage with super glue. Next, using a strong bulldog clip or similar clamp, join the middle section of the fuselage together, which will form the wings into a V shape. Leave the bulldog clip in place until the super glue cures. Step 5: Once the super glue has cured, add the hook and cockpit window to the front of the fuselage and the rudder to the tail section using super glue. After the glue has cured, the glider is ready for flight.
