This assembly fixture is for securing a 1941 Plymouth firewall-mounted ignition coil. The design uses parametric elements, making it easily customizable based on your specific needs. For step-by-step guidance, please consult the SCAD files. Requires basic metalworking tools to manufacture. Instructions: -Export the rendered model as DXF format. - Open and edit the drawing in Inkscape for accurate printing dimensions. - Measure the ignition coil's circumference at 6.87223 inches precisely. - Scribe or cut the sheet-metal accurately according to these dimensions. - Utilize a shear tool to cut the exact shape needed. - Remove sharp edges and corners using file or sanding tools effectively. - Use a punch or stamping machine to make precise holes for mounting and tensioning purposes. - Fold the tabs of the strap inward by 25.4 millimeters from its edge precisely. - Roll out a flat piece with a diameter of approximately 55.5625 millimeters using an iron tool or hammer gently. - Bend another tab set outward similarly at a distance of 25.4 millimeters from the sheet's edges exactly as before. - Glue a thin rubber or cork strip on one edge for extra security against slippage effectively. Utilize a heat shrinking process with tools made specifically for metal shaping purposes, to get smooth curves in a perfect way according to needed measurements that make things more efficient
