Introduced in 1926, the Model A Phaeton is a prime example of Duesenberg's innovative approach to automobile design. Following World War I, Fred and Augie Duesenberg established the Duesenberg Automobile and Motors Corporation and began production of their groundbreaking Duesenberg Eight. Powered by a single overhead cam straight eight engine, this vehicle featured four-wheel hydraulic brakes, designed by Fred Duesenberg himself. In 1921, the public saw the first production car with a straight eight cylinder engine, and it had an impressive 88 horsepower from its 262 cubic-inch power plant. The Model A Phaeton showcases Duesenberg's design prowess, and a 3D model of this iconic vehicle has been created using Blender. This model is available in various file formats, including .blend, .obj, and .stl, and features UV maps and textures for enhanced detail. For an interactive view of the model, users can access it through the marmoset Viewer Scene.
