It's a 3D replica of a very uncommon racing car made by Bugatti. It featured in only one race - a French Grand Prix in 1923. It was the first attempt by Bugatti, to make an aerodynamic body for their racing cars. Unfortunately it was a failure, but I still think it's wonderful car and the most beautiful Pre-war Bugatti.
