1911 USPSA Single Stack Magnetic Magazine Holders (Mag Pouch)
thingiverse
Designed these 1911 magnetic mag pouches for the USPSA single stack division. Simply print the desired number of mag pouches and the amount of spacers you want to ensure the offset on the belt is consistent. Then superglue in some 12mm x 4.5mm round rare earth magnets. Each pouch will require 3 magnets to ensure there is enough holding power for running and jumping. The magnets are designed to stick out to ensure there is enough contact with the magazine body. my initial design had the magnets below flush and that didn't hold the mags as well. This is designed for a CR Speed belt. Knock off belts from Midway are too small and would require a redesign. Here are the magnets I used. the dimensions did not match the description: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B096B5564D UPDATE: I used the rig for the first time in a match on 10/10/2021 and it worked very well. Included some pics from the match and here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l3SdDyCKxag
