1911 COLT GOV 5" mold for kydex vacuum forming holsters. OWB TRIM JIG https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/1911-colt-gov-trim-jig This mold is with attachment. I made it in two halfs and one piece, because of easier printing. I have printed and tested in production and it is working perfect. Holsters are also tested on the real gun. I printed it in PETG and there was no deformity after hot kydex wrap. As soon as kydex is formed on the mold I cooled it with air compressor.
