This model will not work for subdivision rendering purposes. The renders provided in Marmoset Toolbag 3 look great, but default renders in 3ds Max will NOT match the preview images. Luckily, the full Marmoset Toolbag scene IS included with your download. To create those smooth textures, a high-poly model was used to bake the texture maps for the low poly version. And don't worry, this main download includes all you need. || SPECIFICATIONS || Geometry is expertly triangulated for maximum shading results. Check out the polygon count box to see just how many triangles are packed into each one! And to cater to your specific needs, a quaded version of the mesh is also included in this pack. Modeling time was optimized by manually unwrapping the textures to make most efficient use of the UV space. Each object and material was carefully named so you can quickly locate what you need. Scaled up to an approximate real world size (in centimeters), it's been tested and proven reliable across multiple engines, including Marmoset Toolbag 3, Unreal Engine 4, and Unity Engine. Plus, no special plugins are needed to make the most out of this asset. .obj and .fbx versions were expertly exported from 3ds Max 2019. || TEXTURES || For detailed gun model realism, four 2048x2048 base color, roughness, metalness, normal, and AO (ambient occlusion) maps have been carefully crafted. For extra realism on that .38 ACP cartridge, four 512x512 versions are also provided. The added texture maps in specular/gloss PBR format make this product a real winner for users who love that specific setup. Textures are perfectly optimized for physically based rendering (PBR), and since the model's paths have been stripped, you'll enjoy smoother integration into your favorite game engines or programs.
