19-inch rack mount for Use Audio Plugiator
thingiverse
The Use Audio Plugiator, a plugin-expandable virtual synth, offers excellent MiniMoog emulation; however, as a desktop unit, it can't be mounted in a 19" rack. To rectify this, you need to print a 19" rack module composed of three (or four) parts: Left, Right, and Bottom sections plus the Slivers. Print these separately, rotating the Bottom part by 45° if necessary. Assemble the frame using epoxy glue and M3 screws for a modular approach or by screwing and gluing everything together for more stability. For added support, you can also print and glue the Top part. Finally, attach the Plugiator to the frame using Brackets and M4 screws after mounting Neutrik jacks and soldering adapter cables and plugs. Your connections should be USB, MIDI In & Through on the left side, and Phones and Mic Input on the right side. If needed, add main output holes to the Sketchup model.
