Wore out my original brass motor pinion gear on my Gen7 and thought I'd try to CAD up and then 3D print a replacement to fill the time for the new one to arrive. I printed it in PLA and to my surprise it has lasted many hours and kilometres on the trail and rock crawling! I reused the set screw and it self-taps into the PLA easily enough. Some may wish to open the hole with a drill bit. Print with the gear shape down on the bed. Thought I'd share this with other users in hope it keeps them crawling!
