18T HTD5 E-Longboard Motor Pulley (in progress)
thingiverse
E-Longboard motor-side pulley with 18 teeth and a 6mm shaft diameter is what I'm working with.\nTwo M3 bolts/nuts securing screws on the base, directly opposite each other are used to secure it.\nI've got my Turnigy Aerodrive SK3 236kv motor paired up with it. I'll be sure to update you on how it's performing once I've had some time with it.\nPrinting at anything less than 100% infill, or using any material other than abs or nylon would not be recommended in my opinion. My own pulley is printed in PLA at 100%, and I'll let you know if it holds up well to the task.\nThe gear ratio test was a breeze, but after about 1km of use, mine started to break down badly.\nMake sure your print has no blobs or surface irregularities, as the 6mm shaft is extremely tight.\n\n \n \n Instructions\nUsing these settings:\nm3_nut_hex = 2\nm3_dia = 3.2\nmotor_shaft = 6\nnut_shaft_distance = 1.2\nidler_ht = 1.5\nretainer = 1\nm3_nut_flats = 5.7\nteeth = 18\nadditional_tooth_depth = 0\npulley_b_ht = 8\nadditional_tooth_width = 0\nnut_angle = 90\nidler = 1\nno_of_nuts = 1\npulley_b_dia = 20\nretainer_ht = 1.5\nprofile = 9\npulley_t_ht = 12\nm3_nut_depth = 2.7
