Storage frame for 18mm model rocket engines, designed to hold up to five engines per stack and six stacks in total. When printed with sides tilted at the bottom, it fits snugly into an old red toolbox under the lift-out tray. The clever design features slots on each stack's sides, making it easy to lift out engines that have settled at the bottom. The sloping top sides of the frame also facilitate dropping in and taking out engines with ease. Printed without supports is possible, as long as a printer can bridge 2cm with confidence. However, if bridging this distance proves challenging, filling in the slots on the end is an option to reduce print volume and save time. The side slots measure 1cm, so if a printer struggles to bridge that far, either printing with supports or filling in the slots are viable alternatives. This storage frame is designed specifically for 18mm engines like Estes A, B, and C models. If someone expresses interest in matching 24mm or 13mm engines, a custom design might be feasible – although those specific models aren't part of the designer's personal flight repertoire. Next on the agenda are trays for 24mm or 29mm reloads.
