This 3D model originated with Sketchup 13 before being transformed into numerous other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp, while the 3ds Max scene corresponds to version 2016 of that program, rendered using Vray 3.00. This is an authentic house plan designed by Louis H Gibson. Changes include downstairs, where a built-in bench was swapped out for a coat closet, an old front door was repurposed, and rear entry was shifted to the rear stairwell before being turned into a half bath with an exterior door that's now sealed off. Initially, this house didn't have indoor bathrooms - users would rely on a privy in their backyard instead. The kitchen underwent some updates as well. Upstairs saw significant changes: a wall separating one bedroom from the hall was torn down to create an open area, another bedroom was split into a bathroom and laundry setup, and both rear stairwell walls were removed along with relocating the door and centralizing a window. The former servants' bedroom is now designated as the master bedroom. With radiators installed throughout, the four unused chimneys have been capped off; these would otherwise provide straightforward piping routes. Meanwhile, the fifth chimney is dedicated to the stove's venting system, ensuring efficient airflow. No air conditioning units are in place, but you can either open your windows for ventilation or relax on the porch instead. Originally constructed with six bedrooms, this dwelling now features four, plus two and a half bathrooms, all accessible through cleverly placed pocket doors that open with minimal effort, folding into successive layers.
