Introduction: A solderless 18650 battery case is included in one and two sections. Principle: The battery is fastened with a slight spring force on the 3D part. Printing: The print layer height at the thread cannot be greater than 0.2mm, tolerance has been calculated. If there's any mismatch, scale it according to the printer. 1. After printing is completed, wire passes through bottom battery cover and takes suitable length. A knot is made and wire head is stripped to a certain length. Wire is fixed on elastic member using 3x4mm-3x6mm screw, and elastic component is placed in bottom battery cover. 2. Battery cover is screwed into the battery can. 3. Head battery cover passes through hole and wire, after certain length is tied, wire head is tied and fixed with 3x4mm-3x6mm screws. 4. The battery is put in and the head battery cover is screwed in.
