18650 Re-Wrap Jig
thingiverse
I had to re-wrap a huge batch of 18650s. This jig lines up the sleeve on the cell and keeps 12 cells organized so I can scan them afterwards. Optionally, there's a spot for a 1/4-inch magnet to be pressed in to help hold the cell in place. Just slide the sleeve over the cell with the neg(-) end flush against it. Then, insert the pos(+) end until the sleeve reaches its bottom. Press down on the neg(-) end until it hits the bottom. Shrink and flip the cells before shrinking again. The final pic shows the processed and scanned cells in one of my 18650 bins https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2985831
