18650 Multi-Purpose Housing - 2 Cell version

I popped into Fusion360 and created this custom holder that perfectly fits the bill. Most of the existing holders on Thingiverse were either too niche or didn't allocate enough space for contacts. This design is specifically tailored to meet the needs of users who require a reliable and versatile 2-cell holder. The features I included in this design are as follows: Mounting holes spaced 20mm from each end and 9.75mm from the center spine allow for easy installation and secure mounting. Cavities on either end provide ample space for contacts, ensuring a snug fit. Wiggle room between the cells makes it simple to install and remove them without any hassle. Extended notches at each terminal point accommodate various contact styles or soldered wires, giving users flexibility in their setup. A side cutout is included to facilitate easy use, even for those with larger fingers who struggle with exacto blades. To take it a step further, strap/tie-down brackets are also integrated into the design. Users can securely fasten this holder to any surface or object they desire, giving them peace of mind when working with their 2-cell setup. I'm always open to suggestions and ideas for improving this design.
