I'm an e-cig enthusiast who's always on the go. I required a portable charger for my 18650 battery that could be powered by a USB battery, so I took matters into my own hands and built one myself. This DIY charger features a protective cover that safeguards your battery while it charges and fits snugly onto the charger itself.
