This is a custom-designed Li-ion holder for flashlights, specifically tailored for mountain biking adventures. To ensure the case remains waterproof, I employed RTV silicone between its components. Each compartment contains two high-capacity 18650 cells from Panasonic's NCR line (3200mAh), an 8.4V PCB designed for 1p2s configurations, a waterproof DC connector, and a convenient Velcro strip.
