It helps to put a tapered end onto the PVC pipe (my oversized pencil sharpener works great for this.Folding base:Cut at least 8" of the CPVC to act as the feet. The feet should slide in easy so a bit of hot glue is a good idea to keep them in place. The center pole can be whatever hieght you want. It is a very tight friction fit and is designed to be able to slide up and down the CPVC for storage.
