18650 & HW-107 charger clip

This thing will hold an unprotected 18650 cell (harvested from a laptop battery) and a HW-107 powerbank board to create a single cell charger / 5v supply. I was able to re-use some battery contacts out of an old toy to keep everything looking neat. This device is designed to have the 5v output wires pass through the base into the device that it will be mounted to.
