This is a holder for 18650 with a snug fit. You'll need a set of contacts featuring a spring that's commonly used. There are two versions available - one with standard (ver0) and another with tight fixation. With the normal version, to remove the battery, simply pull it upwards. In contrast, this version may cause the battery to eject when subjected to impact. The enhanced version requires you to push the battery in the direction of the negative contact before pulling it up for removal.
