This is a highly experimental project, part of a larger endeavor involving a 18650 BMS system. It's a battery pack designed to facilitate various combinations and multiples of seven 18650 LiIon cells. The pack employs two mirror-image components that clamp and hold seven cells each, allowing users to stack these packs together as needed. Originally conceived as a modular 14S battery pack. The design features slots on top, bottom, and sides for inserting nickel strips up to 10mm wide, enabling them to connect adjacent cells or packs seamlessly. A 3D rendering showcases a 14S assembly created from two 7S packs. Additionally, the project includes an early iteration of a fuse & connector box and a small clamp intended to secure an XT30 connector, both requiring further refinement.
