18650 chassis mount
thingiverse
A DIY bracket I designed to secure a custom quad 18650 battery pack in a protective case. The bracket's simple design involves clipping it around two cells, and you can print as many or few as needed for your setup. For my build, I opted for three mounts: two on the bottom and one securing the pack to the chassis side. A small hole accommodates an M3 screw or self-tapping 3mm screw; feel free to add threading if desired. The images provide a clear visual representation of how this bracket is used in practice. Print Settings: Printer: Malyan M150 Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Bed temperature: 60C Hot end temperature: 255C Printing speed: 80 mm/sec Filament used: PET-G
