The charger is built on a straightforward TP4056 board. You can see the design in photos, specifically version one. The models we've uploaded are version two, which includes all the fixes after we printed out version one. The main part of this project was remixed from thing:2668159 over at Thingiverse. To assemble everything, you'll need 4 M3-25mm screws, 2 M3-20mm screws, and 2 M3-8(10)mm screws. Keep in mind that the original TP4056 doesn't have reverse polarity protection.
