18650 charger microUSB on TP4056

The charger is based on a straightforward TP4056 board. On the photos, you'll see Rev1. The uploaded models have been upgraded to Rev2, which incorporates all the fixes after printing Rev1. To assemble this charger, use 4 x M3-25mm screws, 2 x M3-20mm screws, and 2 x M3-8 or 10mm screws. Be cautious when handling the original TP4056 board, as it lacks reverse polarity protection. Once new boards with built-in polarity protection become available, I'll release Rev3.
