I'm designing a custom charger for 18650 batteries, specifically with space for a TP4056 charging module that's 17mm x 27mm in size. Below the battery holder, I've made a dedicated channel to route 1-3 wires from the charging module to either the second terminal or out of the charger entirely. Two chamfered screw holes are carefully positioned to secure the charger firmly in place.
