Remixed to simplify printing. The original version has prongs that go outward, which creates a more complicated printing path. This one is inward. My current bulk filament is very cheap, but its quite bad at sharp corners so I can't print standard cell holders like these: https://batteryhookup.com/products/18650-cell-holders?variant=37052118139042 The puzzle fit is just too small. This is a cheap and strong alternative. It's rigid enough. At 18g, its about 54 per kg. At Amazon price $20 per kg, about 37c a piece. The holes are for #6 screws. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Grip-Rite-6-x-1-1-4-in-Philips-Bugle-Head-Coarse-Thread-Gold-Screws-1-lb-Pack-114GS1/100129041 You can use two 1.25inch screws and a center post to hold them tightly together if needed. One set per 4x5 is fine. Based on the design, each pack will hold the previous pack, making the whole setup robust. You can easily attach more packs on the side. When flipping over to use as the top piece, orient the prongs the same way. For example, if you are making a 4x60 pack, the side with 4 batteries should have prong facing the same way for top and bottom.
