Arrange 144 individual 18650 lithium ion battery cells in a compact, symmetrical square design to maximize space. The grid separates each cell to prevent a chain reaction if one overheats. With 144 adjustable ports for terminal contact springs and screws, soldering is optional for easy and reliable usage. The system allows for rebuilding by providing simple access, extraction, and replacement of each battery cell. The terminal ports accommodate 8-33/32" zinc plated screws and have fused connections via 30 gauge fuse wire between terminals and electrical rails.
