This is a charging holder for a single 18650 lithium ion battery. It uses a TP4056 charging board that's easy to find on eBay by searching for "lithium usb charger" or "TP4056". The battery contacts used are 10x10mm, but you can use any size you prefer. Write to me if you want to print one of my things. This is a single-cell lithium ion battery charger. A simple TP4056 USB charger board is used as the charging circuit, and it's readily available on eBay at a low cost. The battery contacts used in this design are 10x10mm in size, but most contacts you'll find on eBay should work just fine. If you like my designs, please consider supporting my caffeine habit! Print Settings Printer: * Prusa i3 Clone Rafts: * No Supports: * No Resolution: * 0.2mm Infill: * 100% Notes: Since the model consists of thin walls, using 100% infill doesn't have a significant impact on your PLA filament consumption. Post-Printing Solder short leads to the battery contacts and bend them to fit easily into place. Solder the negative contact lead to the left side since that's where the cable needs to connect in the holder. Use superglue to secure the contacts within the holder. Cut and tin the cables to a suitable length. Glue the TP4056 module into the holder, then solder the leads to the B+ and B- contacts, double-checking the polarity. You're done!
