Rigid and dependable. Use M4x5 brass standoffs and spacers to ensure stability. These components are designed to handle up to 30 Amps of power, but have been confirmed to safely manage 15 Amps. To assemble multiple units together, use dichloromethane or hot glue to secure them firmly in place. Cuts on the cap function as effective plastic springs, securing all brass spacers tightly against a battery, even in high-voltage setups like 3S or 6S configurations. Handle these components with care. Caps and sleeves can be connected using rubber bands (limited to <=4mm), M4 screws and nuts, or M3 press inserts. Avoid over-tightening these connections. Update: Additional mounts and guides have been added for installing a belt or equipment. A cup has also been integrated, providing a secure location for placing BMS electronics and other devices.
