18650 battery protector/carry case for vape
thingiverse
I crafted the lid with a slightly larger circumference than the primary structure. Upon completion of printing, I set my oven to approximately 70 degrees Celsius. Next, I carefully placed the lid inside the oven to gently soften its rigidity. As the plastic begins to flex after roughly thirty to fifty seconds, it will commence shrinking slightly. At this point, I skillfully position the lid onto the main body and allow it to cool completely. Upon cooling, the lid fits snugly into place, ensuring a secure seal (be mindful not to overheat the lid). This part was printed with PLA material.
